1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Big Kountry ("Big Kountry," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in the Big Kountry game for iPhone and iPad (the "Game"), on this website, and when you contact support.
2. Data handled by the Game
The current Game does not send personal data or gameplay data to us or to third parties.
The Game has no user accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, social login, in-app purchases, or gameplay network service.
Information stored locally
The Game stores save files and preferences only on your device. This local information can include homestead progress, inventory, story and relationship progress, achievements, game settings, and accessibility choices such as larger text, reduced motion, left-handed controls, and haptics.
We cannot access this local information. You can overwrite local save slots in the Game. Removing the Game from your device generally removes its local data, subject to your device and backup settings. Apple may include app data in a device or iCloud backup under settings you control; Big Kountry cannot access those backups.
3. Third-party services
The Game does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs and does not share Game data with third parties.
Apple operates the App Store and may process purchase, download, device, and diagnostic information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment-card details. If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers through your Apple device settings, Apple may provide us with diagnostic or crash information. That choice is controlled in your Apple settings.
4. This website
We do not use advertising pixels, analytics tools, user accounts, contact forms, or non-essential cookies on this website.
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may automatically process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, and timestamps to deliver, secure, and operate the site. Vercel handles this information under its Privacy Policy. We do not use Vercel Web Analytics or Vercel Speed Insights on this site.
5. Support messages
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device model, operating-system version, Game version, screenshots, and description of the issue. We use it only to respond, diagnose the problem, keep a reasonable support record, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell support information. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Children's privacy
The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other player. If a child emails support, a parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of the message.
7. International users
Because the Game does not transmit information to us, there is no server-side Game profile to transfer or store. Support email and website hosting may be processed in countries where their service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Your choices and deletion requests
You control local Game data through your save slots, app storage, backup settings, and by removing the Game. You control whether Apple shares device analytics and diagnostics in your Apple device settings.
To ask us to access, correct, or delete information from a support conversation, email us from the same address used for that conversation. Because the Game has no accounts and sends us no Game data, we cannot retrieve or delete local Game progress for you.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the Game, website, or applicable requirements change. The new version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. If a future Game version begins collecting data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before that collection begins.
